Reception were excellent sorting a fan out for me in the heat and helping to quiet down a noisy neighbour playing music incredibly loudly. Rooms are nice and modern.

I stayed at the Treehouse Hotel Manchester for two nights while attending a work event held in the hotel's cinema, and it was an splendid experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick, professional, and efficient. The hotel's décor strikes a wonderful balance between farmhouse charm and modern design, with exposed concrete, warm wood panelling, and thoughtfully chosen furnishings that create a unique and inviting atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The quilted bedspread, super-comfy bed and pillows, effective blackout blinds, and fantastic air conditioning made all the difference, especially during the UK heatwave. I genuinely had the best night's sleep I've had while travelling for work in the past few months A stylish, comfortable hotel that I would be very happy to recommend and stay at again.

Rooms have been refurbished and great to see all rooms have walk in showers. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Internet went down. Usual Village facilities which are excellent. Breakfast is now £12.50 pp Car parking £5 per night. This is sold ss Chester but its not that near to Chester its more Deeside with great access to north Wales. Spare duvet needs replacing and maintence need to lift the electrical socket for the jettle as it cant be used. I would definately stay at this hotel again

The apartment is clean and tidy with everything you need. Good location for the area with a tram stop right outside. Decent parking included which is a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend staying here and using the letting agent that deal with the property.

Not worth the price they're charging for it especially given the number of great hotels in the area.
